PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (SANF) was established on August 25, 1983 under the name PT Sangga Loka Subur and then in 1989 changed its name to PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance. SANF is a joint venture company owned by PT Astra International Tbk through its subsidiaries namely 60% PT Sedaya Multi Investama, 35% Marubeni Corporation Group, and 5% PT Marubeni Indonesia.

SANF provides financing products and services through investment financing and working capital financing. Financing services provided by SANF include Finance Leases, Sale and Leaseback, Business Capital Facilities, Factoring with or without Guarantees from the Seller of Receivables.
