Job Description :

• Conduct product competitor analysis, user persona research, and other relevant data to formulate product strategy, including setting development goals and targets
• Analyze the entire process, ensuring technical readiness from partners such as connectivity readiness, and coordinate with related parties
• Design customer journeys based on research analysis and process plans
• Prioritize product development by preparing development items, timelines, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
• Monitor development progress and perform product testing iterations
• Ensure all development items are built according to user stories, with the product ready for deployment and live use
• Monitor and analyze product performance, including partner feedback, and conduct regular testing to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain organized documentation and establish standardization for formal rules

Minimum Qualification :

• 0 up to 2 years experienced as Product Owner/ Product Analyst
• Experienced in Product Management, Product Cycle Journey, Agile Scrum Methodology
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System (fresh graduate are welcome to apply) and other related major
