Job Description :

  1. 1. Conduct plan and in charge for overall compensation, reward and performance management activities.
  2. 2. Improve necessary HC program to boost performance
  3. 3. Support to business needs related Human Capital
  4. 4. Process payrolls
  5. 5. Manage BPJS TK and Kesehatan
  6. 6. Answer employee inquiries on salary and payslip

Minimum Qualification :

  1. 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll, compensation, and benefits
  2. 2. Tax knowledge and calculation, payroll, compensation & benefit
  3. 3. Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  4. 4. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  5. 5. Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  6. 6. Proven experience in human capital administration management
  7. 7. Conduct and operating payroll system
