Job Description :

• Formulate an IT solution/service portfolio management strategy
• Lead the development of IT solutions/services based on stakeholder needs and align them with the company's strategy
• Ensure that the development stage of IT solutions/services is aligned with architectural and system standards and is fully documented
• Develop IT solution/services development life cycle management and maintenance strategy
• Implement the development of IT solutions/services in accordance with the timeline, budget, and needs of users
• Propose recommendations for the development of new IT solutions/services based on the results of technology research that is in line with the company's strategy

Minimum Qualification :

• Bachelor degree majoring computer science or any related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
• Experience on large-scale and high-traffing projects, Frontend, Backend, Mobile development experiences
